Church Chairs from Teresa’s Great Grandfather’s Church

Speaking of chairs, I forgot to post a picture of a set of chairs from the church that Teresa’s great-grandfather, Brady Croy, ministered in.  At Christmas time, we “liberated” them from the church, which has been locked up and abandoned since the 1970’s.  Click on the thumbnail for a larger picture.

I attached the three chairs to some hard-wood floor planking to keep them stable.  Teresa’s sister Ramona and her cousin Pam also took some of the chairs.

Also notice the attendance record on the wall.  Teresa has had that for years; it came from the same church.

The art-deco antique lamp behind the chairs was a great find in Lorain.
